2. MiCA Becomes Fully Enforceable on 1st July

MiCA becomes fully enforceable in 15 days.

From 1 July, serving EU customers crypto-asset services without a licence will be illegal.

We are running a webinar before then to break down what MiCA actually means for what you build. One hour with our Legal Lead Ciprian Carlan, the first session in our new monthly series on EU crypto regulation.

3. Calendar of 2026: COMETS Across Europe
