Ethereum Summer School @Cluj has launched 🚀!

We’re diving this week into a program packed with workshops, lessons, and networking in Cluj-Napoca, in partnership with Ethereum Community, the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Polygon Labs, Civic and EthCluj.

Comets of Web3 team attended the Ethereum Community Conference (EthCC) in Brussels last week. As the largest annual European Ethereum event, EthCC gathered leaders and innovators to discuss blockchain's latest advancements and future trends. It was an incredible experience!

​Titus Capilnean, a Romanian fintech and VP of Business Development at Civic Technologies, is one of the Ethereum Summer School trainers, speaking about blockchain based identity solutions. Attendees can look forward to his insights on tokenized identity and tech innovation.

II.

​Alex Males, co-founder of EthCluj, will also be a trainer at the Ethereum Summer School. Specializing in blockchain networks and smart contracts, Alex brings expertise that will help participants dive deep into NFT Marketplace for tokenized assets.

Most crypto and web3 founders don’t have the discipline nor care for their customers to maintain being in the game for very long.

Just like traders, they are lost in a game of following the leader, chasing after riches and the latest cycle meta at any cost to their brand.

Eventually, founders will understand what caring for customers means.

But they have to get wrecked enough times for the industry to grow up and become less selfish.

Specifically, founders (and for that matter most web2 founders) don’t understand what customers value.

It ain’t tokens.

It ain’t airdrops.

It ain’t rewards.

Or staking.

Or who will be first.

It’s understanding users and customer journeys.

It’s building trust with customers.

And listening to them individually as people on journeys in life.

To do that requires focusing on specific customer segments who are on specific journeys in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the brand.

The few visionaries who do that now will be in it for the long haul because they will be trusted by their customers.

The rest will engage in growth hacking and mass adoption and get wrecked. 💀
