I. Blockchain Builders Meetup in Timișoara - a success!

On 14th of April, 2025, the Blockchain Builders Meetup in Timișoara -organized by Comets of Web3 in partnership with Polkadot, ABQ Institute and hosted at Haufe Group Romania - brought together Web3 enthusiasts for an evening of insights, networking, and community building. With speakers like Daiana Mărculescu (Founder of Comets of Web3), Michele Torre (Polkadot Lead Ambassador), Mihai Suta, MBA (Co-founder ABQ.institute), and Alexandru Ștefan (Co Founder $WUD), the event spotlighted the Polkadot ecosystem and how blockchain can tackle real use cases. The night wrapped up with pizza, drinks, and good vibes!

II. The Romanian Solana hackathon is right around the corner - and we’re the ones making it happen! Organized by Comets of Web3 in partnership with Solana Romania and Superteam Balkan, this community-powered event already has around 20 teams signed up and ready to build.
