1 Idea From Others

@DeltaV on web3 distribution:

“In Web3, distribution isn’t bought, it’s earned.

@0xJord4n, Marketing Lead at @JumperExchange recently gave a powerful talk on “Community as a Distribution Engine” for founders on Monad.

He broke down why culture, belief & storytelling matter a lot.

Here are the key takeaways 👇

1/ In Web2, distribution = ads + app stores.

In Web3, it isn’t bought, it’s earned. Distribution = community belief + cultural identity.

Adoption won’t come from code or funding alone. It comes when people believe in your story, today and tomorrow.

2/ The Product x Distribution Flywheel

- Product and Distribution both reinforce each other, that's when the flywheel spins.

- The engine behind that flywheel? → Community.

"Some of our best infrastructure builds won’t be code, it’ll be community"

3/ Community > Code

Infrastructure isn’t just validators, bridges, and chains.

The strongest layer is off-chain:

- Culture

- Belief

- Shared identity”
